Lunis Terms of Service

Lunis is an AI note-taking assistant provided through a Telegram bot, operated by Lunis (sole proprietor, Singapore) ("we", "the operator"). By using it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

The service

Lunis turns your messages and voice notes into cleaned, tagged, searchable notes and todos, and answers questions over them with AI. Free accounts have a daily limit on AI-processed messages; the Pro subscription raises that limit and adds daily briefings. AI output can be wrong — verify anything important before acting on it.

Acceptable use

• You must be at least 16 years old (Telegram's own minimum age).
• Don't use Lunis to store or distribute unlawful content, to harass others, or to attempt to access other users' data.
• Don't abuse the service — automated bulk traffic, attempts to circumvent quotas, or probing the infrastructure may result in your account being blocked.

Subscriptions, prices and refunds

• Card (Stripe) — Lunis Pro costs S$6.90 per month (Singapore dollars), charged by Stripe and renewed automatically every month until you cancel. Manage or cancel via /billing in the bot. Cancelling stops future charges; access runs until the paid period ends.
• Telegram Stars — priced in Stars as shown on the invoice, billed and renewed by Telegram every 30 days. Cancel any time in Telegram's Stars settings; your Pro access runs until the period you paid for ends. Stars refunds follow Telegram's rules.
• Refunds — we do not refund partial months unless the law requires it. If you believe a charge is wrong, e-mail us within 14 days of it and we will look into it. A refund or a chargeback ends Pro immediately.
• Price changes — we may change prices; changes are announced in the bot before they take effect, and an existing subscription keeps its price until you cancel it.
• GST — prices are shown in Singapore dollars and are not subject to GST; the operator is not GST-registered.
• Deleting your account cancels a Stripe subscription automatically. A Stars subscription must be cancelled by you in Telegram — the bot cannot cancel it for you.
• Cancelling or letting Pro lapse never deletes your data: your notes and todos stay, and your account continues on the Free plan until you delete it. Accounts left unused for a long time are deleted after a warning, as described in the privacy policy.

Your content

Your notes and todos are yours. You can export them at any time with /export and permanently delete everything with /deleteaccount.

No warranty

Lunis is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost data, missed reminders, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Keep exports of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the service itself; the effective date above reflects the current version, and material changes are announced in the bot. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Lunis at any time — and take your data with you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them — without prejudice to any consumer protections that apply where you live and cannot be waived.
